An honour to be filling in for Hannah McKittrick's SOAK. We'll be listening to just under an hour of pausal, ambient music. Kinda static but suffused with fine detail - particularly in the final half of the show.
New music from Benoit Pioulard w.Offthesky on the Laaps label out of Belgium. A project of Sam Shalabi's will also feature amongst the new tracks, The Shalabi Quintet. Rounding off the new releases, we'll hear a track from Ruth Gardner lifted from the Meanjin/Brisbane based 4000 Records compilation, Solidarity Soundwaves.
